Storage conditions

If the frozen chain is not interrupted, from the production date it keeps for 18 months.
Preserve at – 18 ° C.
Once defrosted, it must not be refrozen but can be kept in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Useful tips

Once it is defrosted, this ball of dough must be left to rise.
When it is ready, roll it out to the desired thickness.
It can be divided or cut as desired (focaccia, flat bread, piadina, pizza, mini-pizza, savory pie, bread, breadsticks, etc.).
