Pasta dough ingredients:
Semolina flour, water, pasteurized eggs, dehydrated spinach, salt.
Meat sauce ingredients:
Ground pork meat, tomato paste, tomato puree, corn oil, onion, carrots, celery, natural flavors.
Béchamel sauce ingredients:
Water, partially skimmed milk, type “00” wheat flour, butter, salt, grana padano.
Cooking suggestions for the frozen product:
Bake in a ventilated oven for 20 min. at 200° C. or in a microwave for 6 minutes on high.
Cooking suggestions for the defrosted product:
Bake in a ventilated oven for 20 min. at 200° C. or in a microwave for 5 minutes on high.
If the frozen chain is not interrupted, from the production date it keeps for 18 months.
Preserve at – 18 ° C.
Once defrosted, it must not be refrozen but can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 days.
