CRESCIONE WITH MOZZARELLA, COOKED HAM AND MUSHROOMS
Frozen product with no added preservatives
Ingredients of the vegetable dough:
Flour “00” produced with romagnolo traceable soft wheat, water, maize seed oil, leavening agent (disodium diphosphate E450 – sodium hydrogen carbonate E 500 ii – starch), salt, sugar, sodiumbicarbonate.
MOZZARELLA (60% ):MILK, salt, coagulant, Edamer CHEESE: 20% (MILK, enzymes, E 251), cooked porkham (10%), water, starch, salt, soy proteins; sugars: dextrose, fructose; gelling: spices,antioxidant: E301; preservative: E250. Sautéed mushrooms (10%): cultivated field mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), sunflower seed oil, mixed spices and aromatic herbs in variable proportion,salt, yeast extract, natural spices, acidity regulator: citric acid.
If the frozen chain is not interrupted, from the production date it keeps for 18 months.
Preserve at – 18 ° C.
Once defrosted, it must not be refrozen but can be kept in the refrigerator for 10 days.
